Class Descriptions

You will always be made to feel right at hOMe in ANY class you decide to attend! If you are a new student please introduce yourself to the instructor at the beginning of class and most importantly enjoy your  practice! 

 

All classes at the You Can Do It Yoga Center follow a basic structure that includes, Poses (asanas), Breathing Practices (pranayama), Deep Relaxation (yoga nidra), and Meditation.

Gentle: Perfect for beginners and suitable for all levels this class incorporates gentle stretching and breathing along with poses and detailed instruction 

Basic: Perfect for beginners and suitable for all levels offering more poses to deepen your practice

Mixed Level 1:  A nice blend of gentle and basic that is suitable for all levels

Intermediate/Mixed Level 2: For students who have a solid yoga practice, and are interested in a physically challenging class

Vinyasa: A yoga flow class that is physically challenging incorporating many poses

Mixed Level 2-3: An advanced practice for students that have a good understanding of the poses and would like to be introduced to more challenging poses

Hot Yoga: A vinyasa flow practice in a heated room 

50/50 Yoga:  a blend of vinyasa and restorative yoga. A flowing vinyasa followed by breathing and meditative techniques to quiet the mind, calm the body, and rejuvenate the soul just in time to start your weekend.
